Bowen can sleep from 9:00PM to 6:00AM now.It is amazing.We fed him 7OZ. formula before he went to sleep,We need not to feed him anything more the whole night.For the first few months,middle-of-the-night feedings usually disturbed our sleep.I always think that if my baby needn't feeding at night, I should sleep well. But i still can't sleep well because he needs to sleep with us.I have tried many times to put him in his crib.He only sleeps half or one hour then cries for my help.I want my baby to sleep independently instead of nursing or rocking him to sleep.My dream will never come ture?

Bowen will be nine months old next week.He is able to pick up finger food between the thumb and forefinger.In addition,my baby can hold his own bottle now.I haven't put him in his babywalker this week,because I want him to learn how to crawl.Babies should be able to crawl when they are eight months old.But my baby only can walk when he is in his babywalker, he does not like to creep.To my surprise,he can creep with his stomach on the floor today. On the other hand,he can say "mama" now.He still likes to put everything in his mouth.Oho,he has five teeth now.Baby grows so fast that I can't write everythings about him in time.I'm too busy and lazy :(.

前些时候在网上购了一台IPod Classic 160G。对于播放歌曲和Apple的iTunes也很是了解，印象还不错，因为之前一直用Ipod Shuffle。但对这个新玩意的视频播放真是让我费了一番心思呢。首先，据了解它只能支持MOV和MP4格式的视频。MOV我试了好像不成功，MP4倒是可以，可惜大多数视频都不是这样的格式，需要进行转换。偶试了好多个视频转换软件，只有一个值得推荐，那就Free的MediaCoder iPhone Edition。使用以后真的感觉还可以，主要的问题就是转换速度慢了点，我一集100M的电视剧，花了1个多钟头才转换好。其次，我认为这款IPOD的连接速度还是慢，每次和电脑连接，等待半天，大概还是空间大了的原因巴。
